All sales are final.
However, exceptionally, by mail we will accept your return or exchange if the products are not shipped yet, or in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of order placed. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, the prepaid fee will be deducted from your return credit amount. You will receive an email once the return is completed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact the carrier immediately (for example U.S. Post office) if the item is defective, damaged or lost during the transit, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for theft of items ("porch pirates") delivered by carriers that reach their destination.
DTU Incoterm for international orders.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
